Hi there! I’m Lyn, a Kansas real estate agent who’s spent a good amount of time in the world of homes, contracts, negotiations, and most importantly people. Over time, I’ve realized that real estate isn’t just about buying or selling a house. It’s also about questions. LOTS of them.

From first time buyers wondering how the process works, and where to even begin. To sellers asking what are some tips they can before picture day ( what I call when my photographer comes out to take pictures of the home), to friends and followers popping into my inbox with “Hey! quick questions” that turn into real conversations  I’ve heard it all. And honestly? I absolutely love it.

With that being said, that’s one off the many reasons on what inspired this blog. 

This space is for all things real estate, mixed in with real life experiences, honest answers, and the questions that come up day after day in my work. If you’ve ever thought “I feel silly asking this” I promise you’re not, and chances are someone else maybe thinking the exact same thing.

Here, I’ll break things down in a way that it’s easy to process and makes sense. Also share what I’ve learned through countless interactions, and keep it real  no pressure, no jargon, no sugar-coating. Just helpful info, clarity, and maybe a little humor along the way :)
